With winter making its presence known and the snow coming down hard, we’re easing into the week with care and flexibility.
Monday morning Gentle Yoga is canceled to keep everyone safe, but we’re grateful to still gather for movement, breath, and connection throughout the rest of the week.
Whether you’re craving something grounding and gentle, a little strength and flow, or a moment of stillness and restoration, there are plenty of opportunities to support your body and nervous system in the days ahead — both in-person and on Zoom. As always, listen to your body, move at your own pace, and choose what feels most nourishing for you right now.
