Introducing Joe Gizzi, retired Vice President of Treasury at Chemung Canal Trust Company. We are thrilled to welcome Joe to our community, following in the footsteps of family members who have previously called Woodbrook home. Joe has been residing at Woodbrook for about three months now, and here’s what he has to say: "In general, I love everything they offer. There are plenty of activities, and the staff do their best to accommodate anything you may need."

Last week, we hosted our first "Art Exhibit" Day and let me tell you, the talent here is truly something special!
🎨 Residents showcased their own beautiful creations, along with pieces that hold deep meaning for them. It was so uplifting to see everyone come together, celebrate art, and share their stories.
A HUGE thank you to our incredible Woodbrook family for making this event such a success!
We can't wait to do it again soon!

Residents and their families are always welcome to use all the activity areas—after all, this is their home! Here, you can see a resident having a great time with her friends, and family- they've even invited another resident to join them in the activity kitchen to make some delicious homemade pies. Yum!

Chip, chip hooray! Our residents put their taste buds to the test with a mystery chip tasting! They had a fun time trying to guess all 9 secret flavors. It was a fun activity, and everyone enjoyed the opportunity to try something new!

Introducing Jean Baker! Jean has been a resident of Woodbrook for just under a year. She is retired from the Elmira City School Bus Garage, where she dedicated 26 years of service. Here’s what Jean has to say about her experience at Woodbrook: "I love the variety of activities offered, and that my family can join me for any events or special occasions. The meals are wonderful, and I especially enjoy the special luncheon outings we have!"
