(REAL) is a multi­faceted organization which provides services and supports to Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community based settings. was established in 2006 by Executive Director, Mr. Travis Archie. Since REAL’s establishment, we have expanded and currently provide services and supports to over 200 Individuals from all five NYC boroughs and the Long Island region.
