This post from last January really captured the spirit of the year for me. I feel incredibly fortunate that so many of my clients have expressed how my work has improved their well-being, and I'm eager to continue the work I love in the coming year. I want to wish you and your loved ones a blessed new year filled with joy and happiness.

Lilley Decker, LMT, CMMP proudly serves the Elmore, Ohio and surrounding areas. Providing treatments to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness.

In addition to offering relaxation massages, I have training in Pre and Post Advanced Sports Massage, Myofascial Mobilizations for fast relief, Active Isolated Stretching Strengthening, Kinesiology Taping and DoTerra Aroma Touch. As well as being licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio, I am also a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. Which means, therapy is prescribed by a physician and the massage is performed following the directives of that physician.
