Was everything.
Hearing the words REST said to me over and over and in so many different way has probably caused new neural pathways. I’m jumping on this train 🚂 soooo hard (and heading straight to the sleep cabin). My intuition is screaming to grab everyone I know for the ride.

One of Prana Prenatal Yoga's favorite doulas, Maggie Rosenfeld, has started up a new business, Two New Hands.

"I was moved to help fill a gap that I saw in the way families could receive care. I created Two New Hands to bring Family Helpers to homes in the tri-state area.

Family Helpers can assist with some of the same tasks doulas provide to families such as helping with dishes, laundry and light meal prep. They are not newborn experts, but they have great experience with childcare! They are the 'after doula' care."

This is my official intro to Two New Hands on my doulame page.I have shared a story here and there, but I wanted to make a timestamp to say its Here- up and running!

I was moved to help fill a gap that I saw in the way families could receive care. I created Two New Hands to bring Family Helpers to homes in the tri-state area.

Family Helpers can assist with some of the same tasks doulas provide to families such as helping with dishes, laundry and light meal prep. They are not newborn experts, but they have great experience with childcare! They are the "after doula" care. This is typically part-time support and can be for set or flexible hours. We work with children of many ages (six months and older typically).
