Class number 400 for our girl, and a BIG MILESTONE!!

When Kate first found she explained that it was going to be challenging for her to figure out a way to make classes, her husband is a firefighter and works overnights, she is a busy mom of 3 boys, and a full time teacher!!

Well….fast forward…

She shows up 4-6xs a week at 6:15AM to dedicate 45 minutes to her health, her strength, and improving the longevity of her life!! She always walks in the door with a smile on her face and a positive attitude and her determination is unmatched!! She is the true testament to “NO EXCUSES” and we could not be more proud of her!!

you are a POWERHOUSE and we are so lucky to have you as part of our community! 💪

One of the greatest gifts you can give to your kids is to lead by example and make your health a priority. Children often times might not listen, but they sure do watch and learn from their parent’s lifestyle!

Meet Lolo!! She watches her mom get up every morning and go to the gym! Today she was determined to come try all the things her mom gets to do and check out what is all ABOUT!!

Lolo is true replica of her momma! Determined, strong and unstoppable!!

Sally is STILL a member at reNew.
Sally has been lifting weights correctly 3-4xs a week in class and following the program for over 1/2 a decade.
Sally lifts heavy s**t at 60.
Sally is so strong she lifts redwood trees off trails.
Sally is a BADASS!

NEW TRAINER✨NEW CLASS ALERT✨

reNew family,
Please help in welcoming our newest trainer Mayra Solis to our community! Mayra is a strong mom of 3 boys and a devoted wife! She comes with over a decade of experience with CrossFit and chose to become CrossFit certified. She loves to help others challenge themselves both physically and mentally! In 2016, Mayra chose to expand her knowledge on Olympic weightlifting and gained her USAW certification.
She is passionate about fueling your body for performance and also holds a certification in Science Nutrition. Mayra will be offering a brand new class to on Friday evenings at 5:15PM called STRONG AF. The class will consist of building technique and strength with weightlifting. We are so excited for her to bring her knowledge and power to the studio to continue helping our members build their best selves!!

The story of Syd at reNew studio. 💜

Not sure if you have seen this guy at the studio, maybe you have, but never knew his story.

Syd was the first object we brought into our space in 2019 before we opened our doors. He is tiny, but mighty!!! I always imagine him singing, “Don’t worry, about a thing, cause everything little thing, is gonna be alright!” 🎶🎶🎶 (Bob Marley)

He is our reminder on how to approach life. If you look at his facial expression and his 2 thumbs pointing upward, and no matter how you are feeling that day, he makes you feel hope and joy! If you are having self doubt and worry, you can look at him, and think, I got this!” He is a reminder that ANYTHING you are seeking in life is already obsessed and waiting for you! He is there to encourage you, make you smile, and cheer you on!!

Syd’s color used to be purple symbolizing prosperity, through the years he may have changed a bit physically, but with that he has gained wisdom, experiences, and insight! He also lost his one hand (if you didn’t notice)! but his smile remains strong and bright and he still has 1 more!!

My hope is that when you see Syd, he is a reminder to you too. To live a happy and fulfilling life because it’s a short trip, to connect with others and learn their story, to have hope and joy on the days you feel like giving up, to push a little more in that workout because you are stronger than you think, and to embrace life with love, positivity, and brightness! May Syd’s energy transfer to each and every person that comes through our studio….or maybe he already did. 😉

We are coming into this year FULL OF GRATITUDE for our members, our one of a kind community, our continued growth and endless opportunities for what lies ahead!!!

We THANK YOU for your trust, loyalty and courage to embrace change as we grow together!!

The studio will be closed from March 3 through March 7 for renovations and we will resume regular classes with MORE OPPORTUNITY and a new facility to continue to build your best selves beginning March 8!!!

PLEASE GIVE a big warm welcome to our newest trainer…Journie Cirdain!!! We are SO excited to have her!!!

Journie grew up on the West Coast playing hard in the ocean and mountains. Fitness is a lifelong pursuit for her and she loves to bring a unique blend of yoga, functional mobility and strength to her workouts. Her goal is to create a love of movement that will serve you well whether you’re trying out a new adventure sport, keeping up with your kids, or unlocking your next athletic threshold.

Journie comes to the studio with a wealth of experience in the fitness industry and brings mindful movement to your fitness journey!!
