This amazing patient was very nervous about having his teeth cleaned. At the end of the appointment, not only did he do everything perfectly, he even decided it was his turn to be the dentist. 🦷🦷🦷

So...I got a good cleaning too 😄😄😄

Pediatric dentistry is about seeing each patient and working towards a common goal. Oral health in a calm happy environment.

This post may be a little longer than most of mine, but it may help you understand how I move outside the box and do things that many haven't...

The runner in the picture is Roger Banister. I first heard about him in a lecture from a Rabbi who was discussing how we often limit ourselves just because we don't realize how much we can actually accomplish.

Until 1954 no one had ever been recorded running a mile in under four minutes. In 1954 Roger Banister finally did it. Interestingly, that same year, there were multiple runners who did the same. Human beings didn't suddenly evolve into faster runners. Instead what was once thought of impossible was shown to be possible.
This opened my eyes.

What often prevents us from pushing the limits is the feeling that it isn't possible.

When I share posts I want to share what is possible. These before and after pictures are from treatment on a 2 year old who previously wouldn't even sit in the dental chair himself.

The treatment was done with him sitting alone, no shots no sedation no restraints and most importantly NO TEARS!

IT IS POSSIBLE. You just have to try 😊😊😊
