Watershed Health is thrilled to announce that we are powering the city of Austin’s pioneering initiative to coordinate care for its entire population! A big thanks to Gliadkovskaya and Fierce Healthcare for the profile and interview with our CEO Carlson. It’s a fantastic read on how Austin is connecting traditionally siloed public and private entities to finally work together to improve care for all people and save lives. The city is now a blueprint for connected care in the US. Partners include Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin, Central Health, City of Austin - Public Health, Integral Care-Austin, TX, Travis County Sheriff's Office, and major health systems and health plans.
