Rejuvenation Retreat Rejuvenation Retreat is a one day event near Peoria Ill featuring music, meditation and movement and is held at Cramer Creek Farm. Registration starts at 1:00.

A one day event, September 30, 2017 at Cramer Creek Farm, Elmwood, Il. $50 before September 1. Preregistration required. 2:00-8;00 pm. Activities and food included in fee, vendors, body workers and readers extra. Tickets available at Moon Dancer Boutique in Peoria or from Becky Cobb, 2405 W Pintura Ct, Peoria IL 61614. Checks should be made out to Balance and Harmony. Concurrent activities include yoga, tai chi, drumming, music, breath work, guided meditation, labyrinth and much more. Thank you so much to everyone who has asked about the retreat this year. No retreat is scheduled for 2019. Cramer Creek Farm is for sale in case anyone is interested. And I did not find another location. If you have suggestions for future years, let me know. Thanks to everyone who supported the Rejuvenation Retreat the last two years and maybe we can do it again in 2020.

One of the best parts of yesterday was the number of women who came because they needed a "me day". We don't do enough self care. Seeing them enjoying themselves and the change in their demeanor throughout the day was priceless. And for the lady who had a birthday yesterday and at the end of the day, said it was her best birthday ever!!

Another amazing event with perfect weather. Thank you so much to everyone who attended, the presenters, body workers, readers, vendors and to Mike and Kim Staley. Joni Cowden-Staley the food was the best yet. Thank you to Moon Dancer Boutique and Nature Haven for sponsoring. Even with last minute cancellations by presenters, everyone pitched in to cover the sessions and the day flowed flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone who attended. You make the day special. It is such a gift to have so many people in one space who enjoy life, appreciate nature, and care for one another. I asked two ladies how they knew each other because they seemed like old friends and they had just met. That is what happens at the Rejuvenation Retreat.

Saturday is the day we've been waiting for! Just a few reminders and handy info for everyone coming (and if you have not registered but still want to come, call or text Becky asap 309-264-7546)

Location: 1305 N Cramer Rd, Elmwood, IL
Take 116/Farmington road and turn onto N Cramer Road

Bring: Remember it's entirely outside, so
🧘comfortable shoes for grassy, uneven terrain
🧘yoga mat (or towel or blanket)
🧘layers and a jacket, it may be warmer with a high of 73 in the afternoon, but cooler in the shade and once the sun goes down, it drops 10-15 degrees for the gong meditation and star gazing
🧘chair if you want it over sitting on the ground
🧘blanket if you think you'll need it for the cooler temps
🧘drum if you want to participate in the drum circle
🧘water bottle if you want, there will be water provided too and glasses (no plastic water bottles though)

Check in opens at 12:30, with the opening ceremony at 1:30 and first session at 2. Readers, body workers, and vendors open at 12:30.

Getting ready for tomorrow. Kim and Joni are cooking, Mike is cleaning and mowing, I am taking out tables and chairs, picking up straw bales and putting up signs. Can't wait to just kick back and enjoy tomorrow. Wear layers of clothes for changing temps, bring a blanket or mat, wear comfortable shoes, and come prepared to relax, release and rejuvenate!!!

What's for dinner? Veggie soup and corn chowder, kale, apple, and quinoa salad and banana bars. There are gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. As other yummy snacks like s'mores around the fire! Get those registrations in ASAP, we need to do a head count for food. Thanks.
