Residents spend the day enjoying a community outing or any of our daily specialized activities. Located in beautiful Elroy, Wisconsin, we enjoy our quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of a small community known for being the center of two state bike/snowmobile trails – the 400 State Trail and the Elroy-Sparta State Trail. We recently were awarded a 2020 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The Award Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This award recognizes our commitment to the pursuit of quality and our focus on developing systems and protocols that meet our residents’ needs and provide consistent quality care.
