There is wellness and peace that is inside each of us but sometimes we get so busy in life that we simply get disconnected from that piece of ourselves. Then there is that moment when we realize that we are no longer in balance and harmony. At that moment the journey begins to seek and find the wellness and peace. This is a place where I will share parts of my journey, which is filled with nature, yoga, essential oils and other alternative healings.
