I have enjoyed the time Hurricanene H**p has been in Elton. The community support has been very supportive and I thank you for that. I will miss chatting and I know Gunner will miss being loved on. Louisiana has done everything to put me out of business and now they finally have. But… as they say
Everything Changes: Nothing ever stays the same. Just shed a tear and hold those memories dear.

Doesn’t this unreasonably restrain trade? The Sherman Act also makes it illegal to monopolize, conspire to monopolize, or attempt to monopolize a market for products or services. An unlawful monopoly exists when one firm has market power for a product or service, and it has obtained or maintained that market power, not through competition on the merits, but because the firm has suppressed competition by engaging in anticompetitive conduct. Monopolization offenses may be prosecuted criminally or civilly.
Louisiana grows and sell ma*****na for and thru medical ma*****na, decriminalized ma*****na less than 14 grams, but has made it illegal for any other business to compete. So if you want ma*****na in Louisiana the you have to go thru them.
Same with flavored ni****ne vapes. They made it illegal supposedly because it looked good to kids but what’s the difference between ci******es and vapes. They are Behind the counter products. The state (or individuals)must be getting paid by big tabacco to get rid of their competiton. I can’t believe no one is suing. Or is this legal? It doesn’t sound legal to me

These 3 sit on the committee that will hear the bill soon. If we can stop it in the committee then we win this battle.
