I am being guided by Spirit to offer you a portion of one of my intuitive Reiki client sessions, that took place in October 2025. This portion was the main message of the session which is the way that I open up every client session. It generally tends to set the theme of the entire session. I’m being asked to share because this message is universal in nature. My hope is that the wisdom brought forward here will help you on your path:

“Dear One, let us speak with you today regarding the energy of ‘Resilience’– for this topic of trusting your inner knowing, following that knowing and walking a path of Truth (your Truth), will require you to embody the energy of Resilience. When you sit in stillness, this inner knowing we speak of will always come to you. If you can deconstruct the layers of programming, the ones that have reinforced within you that it is not OK to follow this knowing, you will begin to live a life that is more fulfilling to you. These layers that have reinforced the idea that the needs of others should come before those of your own. The idea that you should not follow a path that will bring another pain, disappointment, sadness, etc.

Following your truth in regards to your job may disappoint your employer, let that be OK. Following your truth in regards to close connections with family, friends, and romantic partners may cause disappointment within them, allow this to be OK. For anything less, would cause you to live a life that is not fully authentic to you, in which case you would simply be playing various roles to and for various people - none of which would be your truth, supportive to you and your beautiful journey. Allow the energy of Resilience to be what you call upon when you may be finding it difficult to live in this way – from a place of complete Authenticity.” 💜

Please feel free to share your own experience with the energy of resilience, authenticity, and walking your path of truth. When we share, we help others to feel seen in the knowing that they are not alone in what they may be experiencing.
