✨ Welcome to The Refuge: Mental Health Counseling 💚

We provide a safe, judgment-free space where individuals ages 7 and up can find healing, hope, and community. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking support—we're here to walk alongside you.

Our hybrid model allows for both in-person and telehealth appointments. We’re currently accepting BCBS PPO, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, select UHC plans, and self-pay options.

We’re located in a calming space in Elwood, IL—shared with our nonprofit thrift store, ThrifTea, which supports expanded access to mental health services.
