Bingo at the assisted living yesterday was sponsored by "Bring Change to Mind". This is an organization that is focused on building positive mental health initiatives and recognizing the importance of giving back to others. This is the seventh year that the group has been active in Elwood Junior Senior High School.

This was a great afternoon and the residents had a blast getting to spend time with this group of amazing and caring young folks. We are so thankful to have had them with us!

Help us in congratulating our employee of the month, Ali!

Ali is part of our nursing team at our assisted living building she just celebrated her 15th year with our company.

When asking her what she chose health care she had this to say "I stumbled upon healthcare when I was 23 and had zero direction. It was one of the best things that happened to me."

Her favorite part about being part of the essential team are her being able to help her residents and working with her coworkers and being able to have fun with everyone.

When she is not at work she spend as much time with my daughter. "She is my entire world and is, by far, the very best thing that has graced my life. I do what I do for her and my family. I love listening to music and watching Pacers games".

Here are some thoughts from her coworkers about why they enjoy working with her so much.

"She is helpful. Always willing to do anything. She is sweet and just a great person if you need someone to talk too. She makes work fun too."
