Massage therapy CAN lower blood sugar levels, typically by 20-40 mg/dL, with some rare folks experiencing a drop up to 100 mg/dL!

How it works: Massage reduces stress hormones, improves circulation, and increases insulin sensitivity!

That being said, I am always careful to avoid hypoglycemia - (low blood sugar), which is why I always offer a sweet treat with your water treatment (and have various snacks on your way in and out the door). 🍫🍪

Self care looks different for us all. For myself and my husband, we love to visit our very dear friends and family across the country and horse camp!

Over the years, I've had many guests ask what Craniosacral was, and it's honestly such a mysterious treatment it has been hard to explain, especially on the spot when my brain is definitely not in "Ted Talk" mode. 😅

Light touch, gentle holds - then suddenly the guest feels like they're floating or visiting another planet before coming back to earth. How can you follow that feeling up with science? How do you make it sound like you're not some looney tune selling snake oil?

I've looked into the research, specifically for migraine relief - however this will help better explain more of the reality than the myth!

Cranio has been one of my absolute favorite therapies to not only give but to receive! There’s a lot of haters out there in the body working world but I’ve personally had excellent results with migraine relief, relaxation, and helping to jumpstart the parasympathetic nervous system.
