Struggling with clarity
Meditation is key to stepping back to see more clear. One of my favorite beginner exercises is staring at candle flame.
Just sit comfortably, take some breaths to ground yourself, now just focus on the candle flame
As your mind wonders go with it.
What color is the flame? How high? How bright?
Slowly you will come to stillness while watching it either way your finding stillness.
Try it and let me know how you feel.

One of the best things you can do for yourself is manage life. Life gets crazy, life gets stressful, and life gets messy. People forget that life passes by so fast, you always think you have time and boom something changes. Instead take time everyday. Make the phone call, sit and talk to people, breathe for yourself. Having a rough day, go outside just notice the pretty tree or birds chirping and take in that moment.

Simple swaps make eating healthy easier. Whether it’s a diagnosis of lactose intolerant, celiac or anti inflammatory. So many people get a diagnosis and don’t know what to eat now!
Anti inflammatory you hear eat whole grains, fruit, veggies etc…… but when you go to the store, looking at rows of whole grains all labeled healthy. Trying to add veggies and now digestion discomfort.
Lactose intolerant ok great cut milk but did you look at labels on bread, or majority of everything processed.
If your struggling with how to eat and what to eat lets chat!!

Your clutter affects your wellbeing
I’ve been remodeling my house and I work out of my house so it’s been crazy here. My body is anxious and agitated . The reminder today is rest also! Remember this is temporary and will be back to calm soon. Life is about learning to ride the wave!!

One thing in life is you have to do your best. Ayurveda teaches you don’t reheat food. The struggle is cooking all meals everyday. So I meal prep some and try to stay healthy. Having healthy options on hand is a win for me.

One thing I love is chili! So many different ways to make it. This one is a buffalo chili years ago I found a recipe on Pinterest and have modified over the years.
1 # ground chicken or use chicken breast
Onion
Poblano pepper
Garlic
Season with s/p smoked paprika and Italian seasoning
Add about 4 cups chicken broth (I just dump or add cubes to water)
Can beans any kind I like the three bean blend normally but only had chili beans on hand
Can of corn (I skip this a lot)
Then about half cup hot sauce (primal kitchen buffalo is what I use)
Half cup Green Verda sauce
Add cream cheese (3tablespoon ish) I use lactose free but have used plant based also
Can sprinkle with cheese

Queso
Equal parts salsa and cottage cheese
Can sprinkle with cheddar, or any cheese and heat

Veggie dip
Cottage cheese or Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning Garlic powder

Cottage cheese Italian seasoning, garlic, onion s/p
Dip carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower and tomato

Fruit dip
Greek yogurt with powdered peanut butter (mix to taste)
Great with apples

Breaded kinders crispy panko blend . Spray olive oil spray and airfry.
