You will always be prompted to..

cultivate awareness of, and surrender anything your ego holds onto so tight..

so that you can move forward with effective, and directive focus towards the people and things that need your energy.

Notice and pivot when you are allowing your focus to be on resentment, egos, or minor irritations.

What was important yesterday, may not be so today, and thats ok..
it might be the biggest blessing to feel this..
shift, and go with that direction.

You are allowed to reprioritize and redistribute your attention, love, and energy.

Listen to the prompts and nudges..

you will be more capable of making a greater impact on the task at hand when you drop what has been holding you down.

To take control, to let goπŸ’«πŸŒŠ

And one of the greatest things you gainπŸ‘‡..

Is the incredible feedback you get from the body that tells you where any imbalance of strength, flexibility and mobility resides.

You get a detailed outline of where and what you need to focus on to regain that balance ..
which creates safety for the joints and ease of movement.

If your knees and ankles wobble like a baby deer🦌, or you keep fallingπŸ™ƒ.. do not let any part of that ego brain step in and tell you that you’re not good enough or it isn’t going to help you so why bother…
pleaseπŸ™keep going.. try again and again, because every time you try, you get stronger and more mobile and your body remembersπŸ˜³πŸ˜πŸ’“πŸ€―πŸ«Ά.. more and more each time how to get to where you left off, and will learn to persevere through that blockπŸ’ͺπŸ™Œ

It doesn’t matter if you wobble, shake, how many times you fall or don’t fall…

You NOW have the knowledge that you need to strengthen the muscles around those areas of weakness that were thankfully brought to your attentionπŸ™.and work on opening and stretching the areas that feel closed off and unable to move with ease.

The joints, bones and ligaments will become
less prone to injury, done deterioration, joint stiffness
stay mobile,
pliable,
strong,
flexible,
lubricated and healthy your entire life.

The time you spend on your yoga mat in this way is way more valuable and fun than resolving issues that may come up by not making this a part of your movement routine.

It will keep your brain
sharp, strengthen your ability to focus and stay present in the moment with your body and what you are doing..

wether on the mat, with your kids, friends, at work, cooking dinner, conversing with a friend.. or/and enjoying the little things in life.

Finding balance will always involve a teeter tottering affect.. once you got it, you loose it…
but then quickly get it back
Or you might go the other way off balance..

sometimes it takes a lot longer to regain it..

The teetering on that line of balance might last for a long stretch of time
or just a split second.

You will never find balance and then keep it forever and be done with seeking it.. you can try

…and that TRY is what will keep you closer to that line more and more consistently.

When you get thrown off balance in whatever area of life, or a yoga posture, don’t beat yourself up or get discouraged.

Instead find soooo much gratitude that you …

1. recognized it

2. Were shown the areas that need attention to regain it

3. Have the strength, willpower and love for yourself that you get up and try again despite how wobbly and imperfect you might feel

You got itπŸ™ŒπŸ’žπŸ™

No matter how many times you fall off, you WILL find your center again and you will stand tallπŸ’“

Each time you pull yourself back into balance you get better and better at the process..
and each time will be a different route in getting there but it will create strength in your willpower and confidence.

Feel through each movement.

Feel each breath and how it expands and contracts the body and facilitates in each tiny and big movement you make.

Pay attention to every sensation the comes up.

Whether its asana (the physical practice of yoga)or kickboxing or weightlifting or swimming ect. .
