We are super thrilled to welcome Tali, Loving Arms alum and founder of Kitchen Doula in her previous career, for this wonderful workshop!

Do you feel like, since becoming parents, you and your partner just don’t connect anymore? Do date nights feel too exhausting, expensive, or come with too many expectations? This mini-workshop is designed to help remind you that you and your partner love each other and that there were reasons you chose to do this parenting thing together. We’ll focus on helping you get grounded in your bodies, settle your nervous systems, and reconnect with the closeness you’ve felt before and that you want to cultivate again.
