This group focuses on difficult births and postpartum transitions and is a safe space to share and listen to personal experiences, heal from traumas, and offer advice, resources, and support. ❤️ In-arms babies welcome.

Each one-hour session will focus on an aspect of doula care. You will go home with tips and tools that you can use to support clients in the perinatal period:

* Acupressure & Moxibustion for Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum: Kathy Woo, L.Ac., CHT
* Supporting Pelvic Health: Dr. Shaunic Stanford, PT/DPT
