Four walls. A mat. A screen.
And somehow… a whole community.

This simple online setup has carried me through years of teaching, traveling, and life changing.

Students of 10+ years still practicing together. Friends who’ve moved away, yet never feel far. New faces welcomed in, wherever they are in the world.

We move, breathe, and grow together - across distance, seasons, and stories.

Especially now, this kind of connection matters.

Community is medicine.

And I’m endlessly grateful for this one. ✨

This week is literally a beautiful progression to stillness.

Each class this week progressively allows you to soften into the experience.

All an opportunity to connect, let go and go within.

See you on the mat ✨❤️✨

Reviewing my notes and remembering the container that Melanie created during her Thai massage based hands-on assisting training with ✨

This weekend expanded my capacity as a yoga teacher in ways that go far beyond technique. The trauma informed approach, emphasis on consent, and depth of presence Melanie brings into her teaching, created a space for embodiment, self trust, and in a receptive awareness controlled deepen.

I’m so grateful to be weaving this work into my offerings – supporting students and feeling safer in their bodies, more connected to themselves, and more empowered to communicate what they need.

This is the kind of training that changes how you hold space.

Deeply thankful for Melanie‘s wisdom clarity and care ✨

For a long time, yoga studios weren’t accessible to me.

As a homeschooling mom of two boys for 15 years, caregiving came first- and the additional cost of childcare, and schedules made it hard to show up anywhere else.

What I learned is this, stress doesn’t wait. Isolation is real, and movement is essential for mental health.

When I later began traveling, online yoga became the way I stayed connected- to my body and to community.

It showed me that a home practice can be just as powerful as a studio one when there’s accountability, consistency, and kind humans on the screen.

Yes, there are free classes everywhere.
But practicing alone can be hard to prioritize.

So this is a genuine invitation - whether you’re a caregiver of kids or of aging parents, have a busy work schedule, traveling, new to yoga, or feel intimidated by studios.

This is a small, welcoming online space to move gently and be supported.

A perfect combination of tapping into your intuition, breath, body and stillness as you press pause and reconnect to the self.

One hour feels like forever and fifteen minutes, as time seems to melt away.

See you on the mat ✨

Something magical happens when women come together as an act of solidarity, support and celebration.

As solo-prenuers, it’s easy to simply check done ✅ and move onto the next task. But these women chose to press pause and take the time to celebrate ✨🙌 ✨

Celebrate the grit and the grace that got them this far, but also to tap into the essence of what is waiting to unfold.

Glimmers of energy, creativity, compassion, confidence, courage, expression, integrity, integration ready to manifest in real time.

Embodying the elements of the self that may not know the end game but trusting themselves enough to get curious and take action knowing the path will reveal itself along the way.

Taking time to reflect, celebrate, and get curious allows us to write ✍️ our own narrative and become deeply soulful story tellers of our own lives.

The intuitive hits and insights that unfolded during this masterclass literally brought tears to our eyes and shivers up the spine.

There is nothing more magical than witnessing another own their unique essence and embrace their wild ambitions.

Thank you to Meghan and all the members .co for having me and for each and everyone of you for showing up so wholeheartedly ✨🥰🙏✨

Your savasana prep just got an upgrade!

Try this set up for stellar for self-care, especially if you hold a lot of tension in the neck. Place the edge of the block right at the base of the skull /occiput.

What an amazing release of tension!

Note, I do have the softer block, so go gently if you have denser/ wooden blocks.

*You may also note ALL the nail marks in my blocks- if you have little kids you KNOW how the got there 😆
Any other mama’s out there have “personalized” blocks ?

Love it? 😍
Hate it? 😖
Let me know what you think!

Shoooweee I can’t wait to see you back on the mat tonight!

We’ll be moving with purpose, tapping into our power and stabilizing movement with breath.

Lighting up that spark within, and fanning the flame with steadiness, deeply grounded breaths, focus , that cultivates a sense of freedom within.

Slow, purposeful, steadfast - we are in it for the long haul, we root to rise, we expand, explore and ground back down to play the full field of experience.

We are priming our nervous system, teaching it out to ramp up, to throttle through breath and pace, to find our OWN rhythm and from THAT place we rise and shine ✨
