Tomorrow marks Ostara — the Spring Equinox.
The moment when day and night stand in perfect balance.

For a brief breath in time,

It is an energetic invitation.

🍃 On Forgiveness

Forgiveness is often misunderstood.

For a long time, I believed forgiveness meant
turning the other cheek,
being the bigger person,
or allowing someone back into spaces they had already broken.

But true forgiveness is something very different.

Forgiveness is not permission.
It is not reconciliation.
And it does not require continued access to your life.

Forgiveness is release.

It is the moment you decide that what someone else did
will no longer live rent-free inside your heart,
your body, or your future.

Sometimes the people who hurt us most
become the very ones who unknowingly teach us
our most important lessons:

Where our boundaries needed to grow.
Where our voice needed to strengthen.
Where our self-respect needed to deepen.

Not everyone who enters your life is meant to stay.
Some arrive simply to awaken something within you.

And when the lesson is learned, you are allowed to say:

Thank you for the lesson.
And now I release you.

Forgiveness is not about freeing them.

It is about freeing yourself.

Because the moment you release what wounded you
is the moment you reclaim your peace.

And peace
is far too sacred
to hand back to the past.

Today many people will talk about luck. 🍀

Four-leaf clovers.
Lucky charms.
Little moments of fortune.

And while I enjoy the magic of those traditions, the longer I walk this path — as a person, and as a Medium — the more I see something deeper.

What we call luck often isn’t random at all.

Sometimes it is karma…
the quiet return of the energy we have placed into the world.

Sometimes it is guidance…
a nudge we cannot explain that leads us exactly where we need to be.

And sometimes it is something even more beautiful:

Love from Spirit showing up at exactly the right moment.

A message.
A sign.
A door opening that we never expected.

The truth is, many of the “lucky” moments in life are actually small miracles we almost overlook.

One of the most important lessons I have learned in my work is this:

Knowing your value changes the way you live, speak, and connect with others.

For many years, like so many people, I tried to soften my voice.
I tried to explain myself more than necessary.
I tried to make sure everyone around me felt comfortable.

But real growth begins when you understand something deeper:

Your value is not something you prove.
It is something you honor.

As a Spirit Communicator and intuitive guide, the way I speak matters.

Spirit communication requires honesty, presence, and deep respect for the messages that come forward. It is not about saying what people want to hear — it is about holding space for what is true, healing, and meaningful.

When we begin to truly understand our worth, something shifts.

✨ We stop shrinking our voices.
✨ We make choices that align with our growth.
✨ We build connections that are balanced and respectful.

Today's energy invites emotional reflection and conscious growth.

It is a beautiful day to ask yourself:

Where in my life am I ready to honor my value more fully?
