I was raised in Alaska, where I went to school for massage therapy in 2014. I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years. I specialize in deep tissue techniques, trigger point & pain management. I also enjoy incorporating cupping & Graston scraping techniques.

I have 2 young boys, who are very active in playing baseball. We enjoy playing & exploring with our lab puppy, hiking and camping.
