What is a Distant Reiki Session?
You literally do not have to do anything! Reiki knows no boundaries, no time nor space. It flows where it's needed most. You can either be quietly laying down or in the middle if a business meeting.
$55 for an hour
I will send you a detailed description of what Chakras were unaligned and any cards that were pulled during your session. Plus anything else that came up in areas of your body. I can send through email, text or messenger.

Our Story

Yoga/Mindfulness classes at Lake Dance Steps Studio in Emmett. Classes for preschool ages and ages 5 to 9. New yoga themes each class, with games, stories, sun/snow salutations, and lots of fun! Classes for Tween/Teen ages also.

Yoga is a wonderful foundation for a lifetime of healthy living. Yoga exercises bodies, minds and breaths all at the same time. It helps with kids coordination, digestive health, confidence, and helps with stress management. It promotes being present and mindful. In the rush of our world right now, it can be difficult for children to unplug and be still. Yoga breathing can provide that much needed stillness.

I also provide Yin yoga classes for adults to come destress and calm your mind and body. Yin yoga has been compared to acupuncture without the needles. It is done by holding yoga poses(most if not all are done on the floor) with bolsters(big yoga pillows), foam blocks and blankets. The pressure of holding the pose, presses on certain point or meridians of the body to cleanse, help organ function work properly, and calm anxiety and banish stress. This is done in candlelight/dim lightings and with calming background music.
