For the last 4 years of my life I have had this huge passion for Wellness, health and becoming the best version of myself. I have become a Heroic coach and it has been a life changer. I have left my job as a teacher and am not pursuing my passion of teaching others how to become the best best versions of themselves. I have started this with TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/

Now I am going to start my very own facebook group. Each week I will be posting about how you can become the best version of yourself. We will also discuss how you can be the examples for your children and help train future heroes. If you love health and wellness and ready to take your life to the next step this group is for you.

Allow me to introduce myself—I'm Brittney, an Elementary teacher with a passion for learning and teaching. With over 14 years of experience and a global perspective gained from teaching around the world, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insights to our classroom.
Alongside my husband, I'm navigating the joys and challenges of raising four wonderful children, and it's through my own experiences that I've gained a deep understanding of the complexities of modern parenting.
