Get a group together this spring for a yoga session & playtime with the alpacas. It’s a blast! 🦙 🧘🏻‍♀️

We will be bringing back Alpaca Yoga to Winterham in the spring. However, we will only have classes for groups of 10 or more. If you would like to arrange a group class, please reach out to us and we will make it happen! This is not my picture, but it was too funny not to share. Maybe someday this will be me!!!! 🧘‍♀️

You have two opportunities this week to welcome the new year with yoga nidra!
Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) allows us to access a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness, resulting in deep relaxation. We will begin with some very gentle movement, then settle in for around 45 minutes of guided nidra. Please bring anything you need to get comfortable on the floor, including a mat, blankets, pillows or bolsters, etc. Dress for maximum ease and comfort.
🌲 5:45 p.m. on 12/29 at Old Glade Presbyterian (all proceeds are donated to the church’s community outreach program; please being a canned good or toiletries for the blessing box in addition to $10)
