Ready your summer solstice sankalpas for our quarterly yoga nidra at Old Glade Presbyterian (6/23 at 5:45), and our first at Smyth Chapel (6/24 at 5:30)!

Yoga nidra allows us to access a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness, resulting in deep relaxation. We will begin with some very gentle movement, then settle in for around 45 minutes of guided nidra. Please bring anything you need to get comfortable on the floor, including a mat, blankets, pillows or bolsters, etc. Dress for maximum comfort! Each class is $10.

At Glade Presbyterian:
🌞 $10 + canned food, diapers, shelf-stable beverages, etc. for the church’s blessing box
🌞 All 💰 is donated to Mary’s Lunchbox, GSPC’s community outreach program.
