Don’t have a plan for your Monday workout, steal mine!

Full Body Workout
Rom Deadlifts 3 x 10
Goblet Hold LM Squat 3 x 10
Deficit Jumping Lunges 2 x 10 ea
Superset:
Half kneeling SA LM Press 3 x 8 ea
SA LM Bent Over Row 3 x 8 ea
Superset:
Slight Decline DB Frnt Raise 2 x 10
Standing DB Lat Raise 2 x 10
Farmer’s Carry 3 x 60-90s or 100 yrds
Half Kneeling Adductor Slides 2 x 8 ea

Warm-up with some dynamic movements that mimic patterns in workout with bodyweight or very light DB(s). Do 1-3 feeler sets on RDLs at 6 reps ea building up to working weight. Take 1-2 mins rest between sets, more if needed. Lift heavy enough that the last couple of reps are challenging and you’re naturally slowing down but not losing form. This will get you in and out in under an hour.
