Today we celebrate National Dentist Day, and we couldn’t let the day pass without recognizing the incredible leader we are blessed to work with. 🦷❤️

Not every boss understands that family comes first… but ours does. She believes in being a mother first, a person first, and she leads our team with that same heart every single day.

She’s the dentist who hugs her patients. The one who always says, “We treat everyone like family.”
And the beautiful thing is… she truly means it.

She listens to people’s stories. She takes the time to know them, hear them, and show them she cares — even if it puts her a little behind schedule. Because to her, patients aren’t just appointments… they’re people. They’re family.

Her heart is bigger than most, and sometimes that might cost a little production… but it’s never something she worries about. Caring for people always comes first.

And that kind of dentist… that kind of leader… is rare.

🦷 RDA Week – Day 3! 🦷

We continue celebrating two women who keep Emory Dental running… Dana and Michelle!

Dental assisting requires skill, patience, and the ability to:
✔ Hold 14 instruments at once
✔ Read the doctor’s mind
✔ Calm nervous patients
✔ Clean up mystery messes
✔ And somehow still make us laugh all day

Basically… they’re part dental assistant, part therapist, part magician, and part chaos coordinator. 😆

From scrubs to sombreros, from serious dental work to making the whole office laugh, these two bring so much personality and heart to our team.

We are lucky to have them at Emory Dental! ❤️
