NOTICE TO 3rd and 5th Grade PARENTS:
Hearing and Vision Screenings are scheduled to take place at the Intermediate campus the week of December 1st.
Please ensure your child arrives at school with their prescribed corrective lenses and/or hearing devices for testing.
Screenings for other campuses will be conducted on future dates, for which you will receive advance notification.

Senate Bill 12: Parental Consent Requirement for Healthcare Services.
As of now, parental consent is mandated for healthcare services for minors. Please sign to provide or decline consent. In the event of non-consent, only basic caretaking services, such as band-aids, mints, ice packs, changes of clothes, and wipes, will be offered. Please be aware that accident support or healthcare services cannot be provided without parental consent, and parents will be contacted to assist students when necessary.
