SOUND HEALING SATURDAY!!

Treat yourself to Self-Care with our Crystal Healing Bowls! Saturday, 10:00am, at Emporia Myofascial Care!! 623 Commercial Street! $10 with no preregistration!!

This is a unique class that offers healing through the use of crystal singing bowls. Crystal singing bowls create notes that are directly related to the 7 chakras (crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root) and have an unexpected effect on the body systems. The bowls remove blockages of energy flow within the chakras, aura, and physical body. They relax, re-align and balance the body, mind, heart, and soul, bringing us into balance and harmony. Negative states of mind, stress and tension, as well as daily life may cause disturbances in the natural flow of energy in and around our body’s energy systems. Over time this may cause disease, stress, tension or disharmony. The bowls resonate at a frequency in our bodies that work directly with the crystalline structure of the body as well as alter brain wave frequencies allowing us to enter into the alpha-theta optimum healing frequency and creating a balance and synchronization in the two hemispheres of he brain. I play several protocols including nervous system balance, digestive balance, calming anxiety and motivation to name a few. Sound healing is also offered 1 on 1 as alternative treatment healing method. The class is on Saturdays at 10:00am for 45-50 min and is $10 with no preregistration! I have 16 thick mats for you to lay on, but bring a blanket as needed!

Tonight, starting at 6:30pm we will be presenting:

Women's and Men’s Health Pelvic Floor Treatment

We get a lot of questions from people regarding pelvic health and what exactly this style of treatment involves and how it can help womens’ pelvic floor issues such as endometriosis, PCOS, POTS, bladder and bowel incontinence, c-section scars, infertility, cancer, and pain.

We will also discuss men’s health issues including enlarged prostate, prostatectomy, bladder and bowel incontinence, ED, cancer, scars, and pain.

This and any other questions will be answered as to how we approach this delicate topic at EMC. We plan on discussing this for no more than 45 min and, as always, it will be free to attend. You do not have to register, just show up the day of the class. This will be here at the Emporia Myofascial Care office located at 623 Commercial Street.
