Many of you know and love Neva, who has been with us since day one and helped us get Liberty MD off the ground. She is moving away to be closer to her grandbabies — and truly, who could blame her? 💙

While we will miss her dearly, this transition has opened up a wonderful opportunity for us to expand the role she filled into a new Hybrid LPN + Patient Care Coordinator position to better support our growing clinic.

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our close-knit team here at Liberty MD. This role blends patient care coordination + clinical support, perfect for someone who loves helping patients feel seen, supported, and truly cared for.

What Your Days May Include:
✨ Greeting and checking in patients
✨ Scheduling, tracking, follow-ups, and keeping the clinic running smoothly.
✨ Rooming, vitals, injections, labs, IVs
✨ Assisting with all Premium Services
✨ Patient education & post-procedure care

Good news for our Liberty MD members! 📣

Big changes are coming that will make it even easier to use your HSA alongside your Direct Primary Care membership.

Federal rules are being updated so HSAs can officially be used for DPC memberships. This means that BEGINNING IN 2026, many of you will be able to pay for part (or all) of your Liberty MD membership using pre-tax HSA dollars — without affecting your HSA eligibility. 🙌

Here’s what this means for our current patients:

💙 Your DPC monthly membership fee can be HSA-eligible
Up to $150/month for individuals or $300/month for families

💙 You can continue using your HSA for things you already use at Liberty MD, such as:
• Labs
• Prescriptions
• Hormone therapy
• Any qualified medical expense you already pay for through Liberty MD

💙 You can still keep your high-deductible health plan for big emergencies or hospital care — and pair it with DPC for your everyday healthcare.

As always, we’ll keep everything simple for you. Once the final IRS guidance is released, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions on how to use your HSA for your membership and other services at our clinic.

This is a huge win for patients who love the DPC model — and we’re excited it will soon be even easier to use your benefits here at Liberty MD. 💙
