We are incredibly grateful to all of the youth and families who participated in our Spring Break Camps last week (Lawrenceville) and this week (Emporia)! 💙✨
It was our mission to provide a safe, welcoming environment where youth could truly enjoy their break, have fun, and recharge in preparation for their return to school and continued learning. Seeing the smiles, laughter, and connections made throughout the week was truly a blessing!
It was also essential to us that these activities were offered free of charge, as we believe in sowing seeds of positivity into our local communities and ensuring that all youth have access to meaningful, enriching experiences. 🌱
At Guiding Light Family Services, we remain committed to supporting our community beyond moments like these. If your child or family is ever in need of behavioral or therapeutic support, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we are here for you.

Our first day of Spring Break festivities was a BLAST! Our participants got to know one another, while enjoying a paint party, tie dying tshirts, playing video games and more. We are looking forward to Day 2 on tomorrow, as we create healthy snacks, socialize and enjoy more activities!

Guiding Light Family Services LLC is proud to announce our 3rd Annual Mental Health Awareness Month Walk & Fair, taking place on Thursday, May 28th at 11:00 AM in Emporia, Virginia.
This year’s theme, “Stay: Tomorrow Needs You!”, reminds us that every life matters and that hope, connection, and support can make all the difference. Our goal is to bring the community together to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and connect individuals and families with valuable resources.

The event will include a community walk, resource vendors, health information, and opportunities for fellowship and encouragement as we stand together for mental wellness.
