The frequency of massage therapy sessions is a common inquiry. As a general guideline, I advise clients to consider monthly to 6-week intervals for overall wellness and stress relief. However, those experiencing chronic pain, high stress, or recovering from injury may benefit from more regular sessions, such as weekly or every other week, adjusting the frequency as symptoms subside. Consistency is key, and regular sessions help prevent pain and stress from building up. And, as I always say, I'll be here when you need me, and come as you are🌿💆‍♀️😌💫👍
