✨ The Alchemy of Grief ✨

Grief is not something we "get over"—it’s something we learn to hold, transform, and honor.
Beginning September 25, I’m offering a 7-week guided journey where we will move through grief together in a sacred, supportive community.

Through meditation, journaling, somatic practices, and ritual, we’ll explore how grief can be a powerful teacher—an opening to deeper connection, healing, and even transformation.
