St. Paul’s PACE has partnered with the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank to address food insecurity among PACE participants. 🤝 🧡

St. Paul’s PACE is accepting donations of non-perishable food, toiletries, personal hygiene products, and clothing for its annual St. Paul’s Essential Needs Drive (SPEND). The initiative supports low-income PACE participants who struggle to afford items essential for daily living.

St. Paul’s PACE provides coordinated medical and social services to seniors who wish to continue living in their own home despite chronic health needs. For many, it is a welcomed alternative to a nursing home. A wide-range of services includes (but is not limited to):

Medical Care • Primary and specialty care • Dentistry, podiatry, and optometry • Prescription medication • Outpatient labs and X-rays • Emergency and urgent care • Dietary support
