Sunspots are just pigment that’s built up over time from UV exposure… your skin is actually trying to protect itself, but it can leave things looking uneven.
What I usually explain to patients is that we treat that pigment in two main ways. Chemical peels work on the surface, gently exfoliating and helping lift that discoloration over a series of treatments. BBL (broadband light) goes a little deeper, using light energy to break up the pigment so your body can naturally clear it away. ☀️

It’s not a quick scrub-it-off situation—it’s more about consistently encouraging your skin to renew and even itself out in a really controlled, healthy way. 🩵
