We’re excited to welcome Sandra Fraser as the new teacher for our 11am Ashtanga Yoga class on Thursdays. Sandra has been practicing Ashtanga yoga since 1999 under the guidance of Tim Miller. With over 25 years of teaching experience, she brings a hands-on, vigorous approach balanced with a lighthearted and playful energy. Drawing on her deep knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and subtle energy systems, Sandra supports students at every level, creating a truly transformative experience.
