Originally from Sydney, Australia, I embarked on a journey across the world that would take me through a process that I never dreamed imaginable - the journey into myself. It was then I decided to began taking responsibility for who I am and find my “True Essence”. I found a strong connection to Yoga and in 2012 studied 300 hrs. I began to attend many classes throughout San Diego and Los Angeles,
learning ways to love myself, and studying different belief systems to begin building my "New Story", one that served me in more of a loving positive light. In 2014, I was guided by the ancient wisdom of Reiki energy healing and found Tranquility Wellness in 2014 - this changed my life! I completed Reiki Masters and started to understand the true healing power of this energy work. It was from this that I began to receive the answers to the question I had been seeking …. Why? This is the most valuable and powerful experience I have ever given to myself - The Gift of Self Healing and Transformation. My passion about guiding others to finding their True Selves, led me to acquire my Certified Integrated Healer including; Raindrop Technique, Emotional Release, Sound Healing and Crystal Healing, along with Healing from Within Mentor Training and currently studying Yoga Therapy.
