This one is on repeat in my kitchen lately 🙌
No mayo chicken salad using rotisserie chicken + full-fat yogurt = creamy, high-protein, and actually satisfying.
But honestly—this is less about the recipe and more about the strategy.
In busy seasons (postpartum, working, mom life in general), having one prepped protein in the fridge can be the difference between:�→ skipping meals or piecing things together�→ vs. actually eating something that keeps you full and energized
I almost always make something like this for lunches because there’s a very real chance my family eats all the dinner leftovers 😂 and I’m not about to be left hanging.
I’ll scoop it with high-fiber crackers, throw it in a wrap, or build a quick plate with whatever I have on hand.

A gentle note: this post mentions pregnancy loss 🤍

Just your reminder that the highlight reel — the moments that are easy to celebrate, the growth, the beauty, the joy, the sparkly things you see online — never hold space for the quieter parts of someone’s story… the grief, the loss, the experiences that don’t always make it to the surface.

I’ve known a lot of joy in my now 34 years. And I’ve also known the depths of loss, suffering, and pain. This year, that has included pregnancy loss.

In my work, I’ve had the honor of sitting with women through so many versions of their stories — immense joy, deep pain, and everything in between.

Infertility, birth stories that are grieved, loss, feeding journeys that don’t go as hoped, body image struggles, marriage challenges, parenting, working through childhood trauma — it amazes me how much we walk through as humans, as women.

And now, I carry an even deeper understanding of just how much we can hold at once. The depth each of us carries.

Grateful for the women who trust me with their stories — who allow me into the most tender, vulnerable parts of their lives. It’s something I never take lightly.

If you’ve known loss or suffering, know that I’m always here to meet you in the deep end 🤍

These first days after birth are tender.
Your body is healing.�Your baby is brand new.�Your home becomes this sacred little bubble where everything feels big — the love, the exhaustion, the learning curve.
And in that space… who you invite really matters.
Hospital lactation support is important, but it’s often brief, rushed, and while you’re still adjusting. The questions you have the night you get home rarely get answered in 10–15 minutes.
That’s where we step in.
We come to your home.�We sit with you through full feedings.�We notice the little details — your baby’s latch, your posture, your comfort.�We answer the questions you didn’t even know to ask.
