Meet the Whole Women Nutrition team. We are moms + multifaceted humans who are dedicated to empowering women through nutrition and feeding support. 

We are proud to be San Diego’s only practice with dually licensed Registered Dietitians & International Board Certified Lactation Consultants.

Our team is here to support women + families looking for whole women care in the areas of

~ Women’s Health Nutrition, from preconception to perimenopause, we help women find a better relationship with food & body through intuitive eating practices

~ Pregnancy + Postpartum, we provide nutrition and lactation support for this special season of life to help you nourish your growing family + yourself

~ Lactation + Pediatrics, specialized support for infant feeding concerns- milk supply, infant weight gain, supplemental nutrition & more

Cap Wellness Center – Encinitas 
• Saturday, Nov 1 @ 10 AM
• Saturday, Dec 6 @ 10 AM

Led by practice founder, Jaren Soloff, RD, IBCLC, this class gives you practical guidance and reassurance for your postpartum feeding journey. We recommend attending around 34–36 weeks so everything stays fresh when baby arrives.

Registration is complimentary, but spots go fast—reserve your seat through the link in bio.
Can’t make a workshop before your due date?

Prenatal lactation consults with Whole Women Nutrition (often insurance-covered) are always an option. 🌸
