I haven't looked at my facebook feed in ages. So long that I was surprised to find the vast majority of posts refreshing, heartwarming, value-providing, entertaining and even inspiring. A friend posted a picture of a post-it note that someone left on her car that said "everything will be OK." Evidence, to me anyway, that our beautiful planet is raising her frequency, that people, in general, are getting kinder, more forgiving and more connected. I was told that I live in a "bubble inside a bubble" in Encinitas, CA, which is true. And my medical practice probably draws in another bubble within that (though I do have many patients who drive 2-3 hours from the IE and parts of LA to see me). But looking at FB today, and keeping my eyes open while walking, driving, etc. tells me that the bigger picture is lightening up. Thank goodness!! Haven't we suffered enough? Aren't we ready to be done with these freaking lessons? LOL! This post had me cracking up, so true, life! The yoga sutras, summarized like a boss!

I love this: "You're the Cure." Wake up, get informed, take control of your health. Dr. Ben Edwards thoroughly reads books and then interviews the authors. He also interviews incredible folks like Dr. Morley Robbins. An incredible gem I recently gleaned:

Tylenol use after vaccinations is correlated with 8x the rate of autism as compared to ibuprofen. Correlation is not necessarily causation, but evidence is mounting. (A study in 2008 demonstrated a link, and Dr. William Shaw of the Great Plains Laboratory has been researching a possible link between acetaminophen and autism in general, with a published paper in the Journal of Restorative Medicine in October 2013.)
