"I am a single mom of two teenagers boys and an entrepreneur of a small business. I had a trauma few years ago that affected my sleep but also my performance at work and as a mom… I love exercising but unfortunately soon enough i realized i needed additional help. I was lucky enough to meet Marie-Laure and Danielle who started me on a program. At the beginning it took 2-3 sessions to start to feel better, at every step they explained to me what to expect and that i should be patient. I am so happy i listened to them and followed their lead because even if today i am over and passed my trauma i still continue my sessions because i can clearly feel the progress. They are both so knowledgeable but also kind and patient. Thank you so much for pushing me when i needed it the most."
