Red Tent is a place for us to come into connection with the deep woman inside all of us.

It is our time to gather with other heart centered women to come into connection with our bodies, our truth and our peace.

Together we create a vortex of transformation that magnifies the goodness we all desire for ourselves, our communities, and the world.

The astrology of may 18th is offering us a potent opportunity to tend the energy of what we want to grow in our relationships. It’s a day for enjoying the beauty and blessings of our lives and dreaming up how we want to be even more abundant. Coming into connection with our inner pillars of light and magnetism.

In circle we will do some deeper check ins with ourselves, bring our nervous systems into coherence with the earth rhythms, share wisdom, and heal. We will be exploring practices that awaken the radiance of our wombs to allow us to tap into our potent manifesting energies within our sacral chakras.

And sometimes you can go through all the phases in one day!

We are here to flow and we are here to feel.

This may be one of the most resisted things in our human experience.

If we don’t feel the feelings now, then we have to feel them later. And the more we practice being with the feeling that’s happening right now and not trying to intellectualize it, the better we get at letting the emotions naturally flow, be felt, and then move out of our bodies.

If we are going to do anything with our minds in this process, then we should use our minds to be curious about where in the body we are feeling the sensations of the emotions. And as we start to notice those areas we get even more curious, and more specific about exactly how it feels in your body…. Is it sharp, is it big, does it have a color, does it have a name, is it moving, is it stuck, is it familiar, is it deep, is it yours?

This is how you stop intellectualizing it and stop trying to figure out why the emotion is there and instead just be curious about the emotion and give it the attention.

That’s what It’s asking for!That’s really all that’s needed.

Full attention.

Full acknowledgment.

Full love in the moment.

With every ending there is a new beginning…. Who else is having their lives rearranged right now? I am sorting through everything I own as I get ready to move…so many things from my old life are being shed.
I am deeply feeling the build up to this eclipse on the Scorpio new moon. It is going to be hitting my 1st of identity and oh boy do I feel myself changing from the very foundations. May this bring expansion and blessings beyond what I can even imagine! My heart is open and I am ready.
