Energy Healing and level 1 of 3 chakra classes. 4 hours of 2 hours each learn energy healing, attunement, flow for sessions, grounding, and building confidence. $325 for this class small group in person in encinitas or online. Incorporating Somatic Experiencing into the work I offer is having powerful results. Im noticing increased release of trauma from the body, deepening embodiment through integration of sensation, image, behavior, emotion, and meaning. The nervous system is more regulated as well as a greater grounded in the body knowing presence. Desire for social engagement, feeling safe, and discerning healthy boundaries with ease grow with continued use of these tools.

One of my favorite things I get to do is hold presence for the tender, often hidden aspects in people, the places that have been invalidated, under nurtured, or may have been overlooked by others.

In the tending, nurturing, and supporting of these aspects they feel seen, validated and integrated in another. Its a beautiful unfolding and one of the biggest gifts I get to witness.
