Nature Spirits

Our Current Cycle

I have studied rhythms and cycles of consciousness for many years and I'm often asked what is the current situation in the way that we are evolving?

As you know there are so many changes that seemed to be happening simultaneously that it can sometimes be difficult to catch up to what is truth and what is fiction, what is real and what is AI generated?

Ancient cultures knew about these cycles and rhythms of consciousness and while there may be a lot of chaos going on right now there's also a lot of opportunity to profoundly ground ourselves in our inner awareness, maintaining an inner focus while remaining outwardly flexible.

Going Forward

When you think about it, going forward is pretty much the only option that we have period I was meditating on this very thing in the morning today and I realized that we always hear about how our power is only in the moment and yet the only thing we really have,

I know that for most of us we may have some worry or dread about the anticipation of what things may come and some kind of attachment to the elements of our past that we feel have such a strong hold on us that it continues to define us.

But really, if you really think about it going forward is taking command of your own life, your thoughts, and really getting into what are the deepest and most loving desires of your heart and then acting on that. I think that's one of the greatest elements of self-empowerment is the inner realization that you really do have choices and you can really choose your response to life situations.

‘Tis the Season

You know, I love this time of year. In my personal upbringing we always celebrated Christmas as a time of loving and giving. It's always been a time of the sharing of your open heart and yes there's a certain amount of gift giving but it's more a celebration of love to me.

I realize that There are many cultural traditions that also celebrate this time of year from the perspective of the culture in which people were raised. I think that the emphasis that this is the time of the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere, the time when the sun ends its journey southward and begins to embark its arising to the north has taken on many meanings: rebirth, the coming of the new day the promise of the new era and so forth.

In whatever manner you celebrate this time of love and renewal please look beyond the flash and glitter of the ornaments and the presents, and look to the deeper meaning of the amplification of the love that we have for one another.

Is telepathy real?

This is the topic that’s only very lightly discussed or even understood because it's in the realm of our intuition and our spiritual faculties. Telepathy has to do with the intuitive reading of not just the mind but the character of a person, a place or a thing.

When two people are talking, there is a level of understanding that goes on But I'm sure there is also a level of feeling that is happening during the conversation that informs you on a deeper level than just merely the exchange of the words themselves.

Our minds are conditioned to be very rational and yet our telepathic powers really are apparent. Invite 35 years of spiritual consultations I remember 1 instance working with this fellow whose second language was definitely English. As I was working with him Intuitively telepathically knew that he had a brother, that his brother passed away, that it was five years ago, and then I also knew the name of his brother.

How is this possible? It is because I have trained my intuitive abilities that go beyond only the rational mind to embrace faculties that you and I have that are mostly dormant in people but can be cultivated at any time period the benefit of knowing this is not to make you a spiritual counselor but to help you to comprehend and live in a higher level of awareness.
