I found this pin the other day and forgot I had it—still funny, still true.

I love being around people—it fuels me.
But some days my social battery runs low.
Like “Do not speak until caffeine” low
Or  “Loading…please wait” low

The clinic is not the place for that.
Patients deserve my best.
Staff deserve leadership.
Showing up fully isn’t about how much energy you have.
It’s about how intentionally you manage it.
And knowing when to recharge.

Hamstring pain should not run the show. 🦵
Many adults 40 to 60 feel stuck. They are done with quick fixes. They want real science. ✅

Shockwave therapy uses high energy sound waves. 🔊
It helps pain. It helps the tendon heal. It helps collagen get back in line. A series is 4 to 6 visits, once a week. No anesthesia. No needles. No downtime. Daily life stays on track. Many feel relief right away. 😊

PRP helps partial tears and wear. 🩸
PRP means platelet rich plasma from your own blood.

Cellular therapy helps more severe tears. 🧬
It uses cells from your fat or bone marrow. It contains stem cells and other important molecules and proteins.

Each injection is ultrasound guided. 📍
It targets the exact spot.

How long does it take? ⏳
Many feel real change by 4 to 8 weeks. Shockwave can calm pain fast. PRP and cell therapy build over 3 to 4 months. Return to sport often happens in 6 to 12 weeks.

You can keep training. After one week, follow a clear plan with a physical therapist. Stay active. Move better. Feel younger. Live longer. 💪

Smart care treats the tendon, not just the pain. Your next step is a consult with a tendon expert. 🎯

Deep ache at the sitting bone? 🪑 It might be the hamstring tendon.

Many active adults 40 to 60 feel this. It is called hamstring tendinopathy.

What is the hamstring tendon? It is a thick cord that links the back thigh muscles to the pelvis and the knee. 🦵

How it shows up:
- Deep ache at the sitting bone or behind the knee
- Stiff first steps
- Pain with sprints, lunges, or deadlifts
- Pain with long sitting or driving 🚗
- Pain that spreads into the back of the thigh

Common causes:
- Repetitive motions
- Forceful effort
- Sports with running and kicking, like soccer or martial arts ⚽🥋
- Jumping, lunges, deep forward bends

Quick fixes do not last. Science does. A careful exam and history matter. Then comes the picture. 🔬 Diagnostic ultrasound shows tendon thickness, small tears, and how it moves. Sometimes an X-ray checks the bones. Sometimes an MRI gives more detail.

People over 40 want to move better and feel younger. They can. Start with a real diagnosis. Choose care that treats the tendon, not just the symptoms. Smart healing starts with clarity.
