We are proud to announce that our facility, formerly known as Encinitas Nursing and Rehab, is now Encinitas Post Acute under new ownership by Links Healthcare.

This change marks an exciting new chapter for our team, residents, and community. While our name and leadership may be new, our mission remains the same: to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a warm and supportive environment.

Under Links Healthcare’s guidance, we’re committed to elevating the standard of post-acute care with a focus on clinical excellence, enhanced patient experiences, and ongoing improvements to our facility and services.
We look forward to continuing to serve the Encinitas community with the same heart and dedication.
