I was overwhelmed with gratitude today by the outpouring support and love we’ve received in opening Sound Bird and theHKI (feel free to look up at www.theHKI.com). I’m proud to say we are truly a family owned small business focused on holistic and mental health . No investors … some very hard work as medical providers and a dream to help support others experience life and connection to self in a beautiful, supported way. I retired my nursing job and cashed out my entire pension and retirement for this dream. We have pulled everything we own (+ some) into getting this center up … and I’m so grateful to be on the roof cleaning the windows! We’ve designed and nourished the space intentionally from the ground up over the last 4 years. Like any new baby it requires a lot of nourishment, attention and loving patience. I trust those aligned with us will find us when the time is for them. We are in gratitude to those who have taken classes, left google reviews, brought their family, done content for me, spread the word, bring food, organized, brought flowers, watched our living babies, offered helpful feedback, connected us with aligned solutions… the list is endless. I love you! I appreciate you!
