One of my many fav moments of this weekend… our entrainment, tempo and rhythm pod turned drum circle jam with on the didgeridoo and leading us to call in our intentions. In community we remember what it feels like to pulse together as we are, calling in all our uniqueness to create a beautiful rhythm together as one. Heart full thank you for capturing the moment

Sound Sunday! October 26th at the beautiful . Join the resonance of our multiple healer sound bath meditation. 🎶 doors open at 6 to write intentions while we settle into the beautiful sounds of the organ and harp. Sound bath starts at 6:30.
