4 years ago today, the world lost a powerful force of love, care, and wisdom. I can only hope that I carry on and pay forward all that he instilled in me so that he continues to live on in others in the generations to come. Miss and love you daddy❤️

We taught a class together in graduate school...Group Process...well...here we are again, him and I....this, today is the last class we are teaching together...about love and loss and how important it is to express to those around us how much they are loved, to live every day to it's fullest, and to be curious about ourselves and the world around us. My dad, my superhero, leaves a legacy of love felt far and wide really all over the world.. How lucky I feel to have had him as my king of hearts.
