Before & After: Breast Augmentation 🍒
This patient wanted her saline implants removed and replaced with silicone gel for a fuller, natural look. ✨

We removed her 350cc saline implants and replaced them with Mentor 450cc High Profile Extra silicone implants, using lateral sutures to medialize the breasts. A crescent lift was also performed to refine the shape.

She’s just one month post-op, and the results already show a beautifully balanced, natural contour.
