California just took a big step forward for fertility care 💙

SB 729 is a new law designed to expand access to fertility treatment by requiring insurance coverage for IVF and other essential services—for everyone, regardless of marital status or sexual orientation.

If you’re covered under a fully funded employer plan with 100+ employees, you may now have fertility benefits you didn’t have before.
