The balance between human compassion, anatomic precision, intricate artistic finesse and unwavering physical maneuverability, these seeming dichotomies inspired Dr. Jonathan Oheb to take on orthopedic surgery, and ultimately to the field of hand surgery. With a patient population ranging from infant to elderly he wishes to be the hand surgeon for generations of families throughout the course of his career. Microvascular surgery and replantation are captivating to the physician, with their ability to make such a difference in the lives of patients. Throughout his career, he promises to bring a commitment to community service, scholarly drive, and an unwavering dedication to patients. Mandatory ROM & Strengthening Exercises #3: The Knee

Key Points:
-Super important to make sure that your range of motion (Ie degree of flexibility) is equal and balanced bilaterally for all joints, including the Knee.

-Over stretching or excessive stretching in 1 sitting can lead to damage. Stretches need to me gradual and increase over time.

-HAMSTRING STRETCHING: Daily hamstring stretch cannot help promote the long term health of not only your knees but also your hips and lower back.

-Quadriceps strengthening exercises are key to supporting dynamic stability in the knee.
