Mandatory ROM & Strengthening Exercises #3: The Knee
Key Points:
-Super important to make sure that your range of motion (Ie degree of flexibility) is equal and balanced bilaterally for all joints, including the Knee.
-Over stretching or excessive stretching in 1 sitting can lead to damage. Stretches need to me gradual and increase over time.
-HAMSTRING STRETCHING: Daily hamstring stretch cannot help promote the long term health of not only your knees but also your hips and lower back.
-Quadriceps strengthening exercises are key to supporting dynamic stability in the knee.
